In todays environment and with the sophistication of equipment the needs of customers go way beyond the requirements at the point of sale and after sales service are critical.
At Insight Systems our philosophy is based on years of experience coupled with technical know how on both the products we supply, and customer requirements/applications (please also see Print & Document Consultancy). As a company with a true focus on customer care and the skill to apply technical facilities to end user needs the relationship grows following installation to ensure many years of trouble free operation and the flexibility to adjust to changing needs.
The technical department operates very closely with manufacturers to ensure that their level of expertise is maintained and kept up to date with any product or software development. This enables us to achieve the highest level of technical accreditation which we can pass on to our customers making sure that the right product are in the right environment and any changes in needs or requirements can be catered for.
